Hello, the now in this post about Hogwarts Legacy – How to maintain audio while changing subtitles. Welcome to our comprehensive guide on how to maintain audio while changing subtitles in Hogwarts Legacy. We hope you find this guide to be of great use!
To change the subtitles’ language with the original audio
you will need to download a binary editor. In this instance, we recommend using the HxD Hex editor, which can be found at [mh-nexus.de].
Once you have downloaded the editor, change the language to your preferred option in the Hogwarts Legacy properties on Steam and wait for the game to start downloading the necessary files.
Next, navigate to “.\Steam\steamapps\common\Hogwarts Legacy\Phoenix\Binaries\Win64” and drag the HogwartsLegacy.exe file to the binary editor. Press “Ctrl + F” and search for “zh-CN”.
You can now change “zh-CN” to the language code of your choice and replace “schinece” with the name of your language. Please note that if your language name has less than 8 characters, you must fill the remaining characters with dots.
Once you have made these changes, save the file and return to Steam’s Hogwarts Legacy properties to change the language to your preferred option. You are now ready to start playing!
For your convenience, we have included a table of language codes and names below:
Name | Code |
Spanish | es-ES |
Latin American Spanish | es-MX |
Russian | ru-RU |
Italian | it-IT |
German | de-DE |
Polish | pl-PL |
Korean | ko-KR |
Arabic | ar-AE |
Brazilian | pt-BR |
