৩) সিএসএস বহদ্দারহাট ব্রাঞ্চ, বাড়ি নং-৫৪৩, বি- ব্লক, রোড নং-৮/এ চাঁদগাঁও আবাসিক এলাকা, চট্টগ্রাম। ৪) সিএসএস কুমিল্লা সদর-০১ ব্রাঞ্চ, প্রিয়ম নিবাস, চম্পক নগর, সাতরা গাউছে পাক জামে মসজিদের পূর্ব পাশে, ডাকঘর-হালিমা নগর, উপজেলা-আদর্শ সদর, জেলা-কুমিল্লা।
আগ্রহী প্রার্থীদের উল্লিখিত ঠিকানাগুলির যেকোনো একটি ঠিকানায় (যেখানে পরীক্ষা দিতে ইচ্ছুক সেই ঠিকানাতে) আগামী ০৬.০৮.২০২৪ তারিখের মধ্যে জীবন বৃত্তান্ত ও আবেদনপত্রের সাথে ২ কপি পাসপোর্ট সাইজ সত্যায়িত রঙ্গিন ছবিসহ সকল কাগজপত্র (জাতীয় পরিচয়পত্র, শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতার সনদপত্র, অভিজ্ঞতার সনদপত্র (যদি থাকে) ও অন্যান্য প্রয়োজনীয় কাগজপত্র) এর সত্যায়িত ফটোকপি পরিচালক এইচআরএম অ্যান্ড পিএমইএল বরাবর পাঠাতে হবে।
খামের উপরে প্রার্থীগণকে অবশ্যই পদের নাম উল্লেখ করতে হবে । আবেদনপত্রে অবশ্যই প্রার্থীর মোবাইল নম্বর উল্লেখ করতে হবে। প্রার্থীদের পরীক্ষার দিন ৩০০/- টাকা পরীক্ষার ফি (অফেরতযোগ্য) নগদ প্রদান করে নির্বাচনী (লিখিত/মৌখিক/উভয়) পরীক্ষায় অংশগ্রহণ করতে হবে।
নির্বাচিত প্রার্থীদের যোগদানের পূর্বে ১৫,০০০/= টাকা জামানত হিসেবে জমা দিতে হবে যা চাকুরী শেষে লভ্যাংশসহ ফেরতযোগ্য। নির্বাচনী পরীক্ষায় অংশগ্রহণের জন্য কোনো প্রকার টিএ/ ডিএ প্রদান করা হবে না। যে সকল প্রার্থীদের আত্মীয় সিএসএস এ কর্মরত রয়েছে তাদের আবেদন না করার জন্য উৎসাহিত করা যাচ্ছে। সীমিত সংখ্যক প্রার্থীদের মোবাইলে এসএমএস/কল- এর মাধ্যমে নির্বাচনী পরীক্ষার জন্য আহবান করা হবে। অধ্যায়নরতদের আবেদন করার প্রয়োজন নাই।
নিয়োগ প্রক্রিয়ায় প্রত্যক্ষ বা পরোক্ষ ভাবে প্রভাবিত করার চেষ্টা করা হলে প্রার্থীকে অযোগ্য হিসেবে বিবেচনা করা হবে। সিএসএস কোনো কারণ ব্যতিরেকে যেকোনো আবেদনপত্র গ্রহণ বা বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখে। ই-মেইলের মাধ্যমে প্রেরিত সিভি/ ডকুমেন্টস্ গ্রহণ করা হবে না।
সুযোগ-সুবিধাসমূহ:
বাৎসরিক ৩০ দিন করে ছুটি এবং বছরে ১২ দিন ছুটি রিজার্ভ করা যাবে যার বিপরীতে চাকুরী শেষে আর্থিক সুবিধা প্রদান, প্রতি বছরে পবিত্র ঈদ-উল ফিতর, পবিত্র ঈদ-উল আযহা এবং শারদীয় দুর্গা পূজা উপলক্ষ্য প্রত্যেকটি পর্বে ০৭ দিন/১ সপ্তাহ করে ছুটি প্রদান, ক্রেডিট ভাতা, দূরত্ব ভাতা, মোবাইল বিল, মোট বেতনের সমপরিমাণ ১টি উৎসব ভাতা, বৈশাখী ভাতা, পিকনিক ভাতা, কর্মী সহায়তা তহবিল, শিক্ষা সহায়তা তহবিল, বীমা সুবিধা, পিএফ সুবিধা, গ্রাচুয়িটি সুবিধা, বাৎসরিক ইনক্রিমেন্ট, মোটর সাইকেল জ্বালানি বিল প্রদান, পুরুষ কর্মীদের আবাসিক সুবিধা, তাছাড়াও প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে পিতৃত্ব ও মাতৃত্বজনিত ছুটি।
