DLSS Swapper and download
First, go to the Github repository for DLSS Swapper and download DLSS.Swapper-1.0.0.0-installer.exe.
Your browser may prompt you with a warning, but don’t worry, just right-click and select “Keep.”
When a new pop-up window appears, select “Show more” and then click “Keep anyway.”
Once the download is complete, open the installer. Another pop-up should appear, and you should select “More info” and then “Run anyway.”
A user account control pop-up will appear, and you should select “Yes” to allow the app to make changes. You should now be on the DLSS Swapper Setup wizard, where you can click “Next.”
DLSS Swapper will automatically generate a file pathway, and you can select “Install” to continue.
It is recommended that you do not change the destination folder unless you know what you are doing. When the installation is complete,
select “Next” and click the box “Launch Now” to complete the setup.
To swap the DLSS version, launch DLSS Swapper after installing. Your screen should show a library option on the left menu bar. Download the latest version of DLSS (3.1.1 v2) from the library, or the latest version of DLSS 2.0 if your card is only compatible with that version.
Next, select “Games” from the left menu option and then select Sons of the Forest from your games. Choose the version of DLSS you are using and click “Swap.” Your game should now be patched with the new version of DLSS, and you should see an improvement in performance when using DLSS.
