শর্তাবলী : (১) প্রার্থীদের লিখিত দরখাস্তের সাথে সদ্য তোলা ৩ কপি রঙিন ছবি, জাতীয় পরিচয়পত্র, নাগরিকত্বের সনদ ও অভিজ্ঞতার সনদসহ সকল শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতার সনদের সত্যায়িত ফটোকপি জমা দিতে হবে। (২) শিক্ষানবিশকাল ছয় মাস সন্তোষজনকভাবে উত্তীর্ণ স্টাফদের চাকুরী স্থায়ীকরণসহ বছরে ৩টি উৎসব বোনাস, স্টাফ কল্যাণ তহবিল, অবসরকালীন তহবিল, প্রভিডেন্ট ফান্ড, গ্র্যাচুইটি, অর্জিত ছুটির বিপরীতে আর্থিক সুবিধাসহ অন্যান্য ছুটির সুবিধা, জ্বালানি বিল, মোবাইল বিল, দূরত্ব ভাতা, বাণিজ্যিক ভাতা, অবস্থান ভাতা, মোটরসাইকেল ও বাইসাইকেল মেরামত, ট্রাভেলিং ও ডেইলি এলাউন্স, বাৎসরিক ইনক্রিমেন্ট ও ইনসেন্টিভ বোনাস প্রদান করা হবে।
(৩) ৬, ৭ ও ৮ নং পদের ক্ষেত্রে অনভিজ্ঞদের ১ মাস প্রশিক্ষণকাল ধরা হবে। (৪) ১, ২, ৪, ৫ এবং ৬ নং পদের ক্ষেত্রে নিজস্ব মোটরসাইকেল ও বৈধ ড্রাইভিং লাইসেন্স থাকতে হবে। (৫) ১ ও ২ নং পদের ক্ষেত্রে ২০,০০০/-টাকা, ৩ ও ৪ নং পদের ক্ষেত্রে ১৫,০০০/- টাকা এবং ৫, ৬, ৭ ও ৮ নং পদের ক্ষেত্রে ১০,০০০/- টাকা চাকুরীতে যোগদানের সময় জামানত প্রদান বাধ্যতামূলক, যা চাকুরী শেষে ফেরতযোগ্য।
(৬) দরখাস্তে ২টি সচল মোবাইল নম্বর দিতে হবে। (৭) সকল পদের ক্ষেত্রে ২ জন প্রকৃত জামিনদাতাসহ প্রার্থীকে ১০০/- টাকা মূল্যের ৩টি নন-জুডিশিয়াল স্ট্যাম্পে চুক্তি করতে হবে। (৮) সাক্ষাৎকারের জন্য কোনো প্রকার টিএ/ডিএ প্রদান করা হবে না। (৯) সকল পদের ক্ষেত্রে Microsoft Office Program, Internet Browsing, Email জানা আবশ্যক । (১০) পরীক্ষায় মনোনীত হলে ৫০০/- টাকা (অফেরতযোগ্য) ফি জমা দিয়ে ০১ (এক) দিনের পিএসও (Pre Service Orientation) ট্রেনিং করতে হবে। পিএসও করার পরও কোনো মনোনীত স্টাফের তথ্যের গরমিল হলে তার প্রার্থিতা স্থগিত/বাতিল এবং প্রতিটি পদবির পদসংখ্যা হ্রাস/বৃদ্ধি করার ক্ষমতা কর্তৃপক্ষের নিকট সংরক্ষিত।
