How to Play with Half-Life: MMod
Uplink is included with the base installation of Half-Life: MMod. You can play Uplink by simply opening MMod via Steam and selecting the “Play Half-Life 1 – MMod – Uplink” launch option.
USS Darkstar
USS Darkstar is a fan-made game developed by Neil Manke, released in August 1999. The mod is set in 2066 and focuses on a compromised expedition of zoological researchers aboard the USS Darkstar, whose mission was to collect, discover, and research new alien life-forms within unexplored regions of the universe.
How to Play with Half-Life: MMod
USS Darkstar is part of the base installation of Half-Life: MMod. To play the mod, simply start MMod via Steam and choose the “Play Half-Life 1: MMod – Darkstar” launch option.
Someplace Else
Someplace Else is a single-player map for Half-Life 2 that links to MINERVA. It is one of the more peculiar single-player maps in Half-Life. The plot revolves around intrigue and deceit, with a vicious pack of Nihilanthi aliens guarding an ancient machine that has been contaminated with human technology. There are many questions, but no answers. Can they ever be resolved?

To play Someplace Else with HL1: MMod, you’ll need to download our MMod-compatible version of the mod. Once you have downloaded the .rar file that is linked above, follow the instructions included in the “installation_instructions.txt” file to install and play the mod.
